Professional Fees and Engagement Letter
- Cost of commissioning DFM is an hourly fee for professional accounting and financial services on a rendered basis, plus expenses.
- In partnership with each other, we discuss your needs and deadlines for meeting these requirements.
- DFM will provide a letter of engagement, outlining the scope of duties required, which both parties will sign.
- Upon completing tasks DFM will issue an invoice for accounting and financial services performed payable net 30 days.
- DFM is open to looking at short term projects or acting on longer term assignments
